We are pleased to announce that Gartner has mentioned Dragon1, online enterprise architecture, modeling, and presentation software, in their Magic Quadrant report for EA Tools this year in 2019 and last year in 2018, 2017, 2016, and before that in 2015.
The reports, written by Gartner research analysts resp. James McGovern, Samantha Searl, Mark McGregor, and Saul Brand cite in the Market Overview section the following:
"Midsize and smaller organizations will probably respond to the demands of digital business by acquiring niche, simple, out-of-the-box, low-cost, cloud-based EA tools, such as .... and Dragon1. These organizations will market these tools for specific EA needs, ranging from ideation and innovation to quick, lean, and highly structured approaches to EA. These approaches may not be based on a methodology that drives business outcomes. While these vendors do not currently meet the inclusion criteria for this Magic Quadrant or may not have all the capabilities we consider critical for EA tools (see Market Definition/Description section for details), it may be that their specific functionality or pricing makes them a suitable choice for some organizations."
