What is the Dragon1 IT Project Auditing Checklist?
Auditing an IT Project is something that is done by many different types of business professionals, like enterprise architects. The quality (effectiveness, etc..) of the audit is of very high importance. As a business professional you want your audit report to have some effect, for instance, supporting the decision-making of owner/client and stakeholders.
Before auditing an IT Project the Dragon1 open EA Method advises creating a Project Landscape Map. This will in all cases increase the quality of the audit of the IT Project.
