Why is it important as an architect to continuously have a picture of your stakeholders?
Stakeholders from the business and IT are needed to develop, propagate, and support the vision, strategy, and requirements for an idea or innovation in the organization.
Based on their areas of responsibility and expertise, such as customers, markets, processes, information, digitalization, etc., they can indicate how the idea or innovation will support the business strategy.
The architects can identify the current solutions and underlying concepts. Evaluate and choose the new solutions and underlying concepts to realize this idea (i.e., meet the requirements). Continuous collaboration between stakeholders and architects is essential here.
