A Workflow Diagram is a visualization of work (a series of actions, activities, usage of resources, and decisions). It shows how work is done or should be done. It can usually be described using formal or informal flow diagramming techniques, showing directed flows between processing steps.
This workflow diagram shows how employees in the organization should process orders. The diagram shows the flow of work through the organization.
The diagram can be used for alignment and agreements between the sales and logistics departments to work together optimally.
